Welcome to Maejo International Conference

     The development of Thailand under the concept of Thailand 4.0 will be driven by innovation in agriculture, food and health which is in line with the international sustainable development goals (SDGs). Nowadays, Thailand is undergoing a systemic modification of the country's socio-economic structure to be suitable for the world’s new landscape and the government has set a vision for Thailand to be stable, prosperous, sustainable, and become a developed country by developing the country according to the main principle of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy with a 20-year National Strategy (2017-2036). The aim is to focus on the development and upgrading of the quality of life of the people, increase income to the same standard with developed countries, and create happiness for Thai people, ensuring a stable equitable and fair society.
     Maejo University aims on be a motor for research on SDG and towards becoming an ecosystem of society for lifelong learning for people of all genders and ages. Maejo University International College, therefore, is organizing an international academic conference to encourage lecturers, researchers, scholars from within and outside of Maejo University, including graduate students from a network of educational institutions, government and private organizations that have the opportunity to disseminate academic results to the public as well as meet to and exchange academic ideas, opinions, and academic experiences among researchers and the interested public.

The 1st Maejo International Conference on “Essential Innovation and Issues on Agriculture and Social Sciences in the Future World.” (MIC 2021) is a virtual conference aimed at exploring innovation research and development as an essential tool to support the implementation of national, regional and world strategy. MIC 2021 stands as a platform for presenting innovative breakthroughs and research results in the theoretical, experimental, and practical fields of “Agricultural Production and Processing” including Social Sciences and Art. Submission topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Submission of research papers, academic work and results should be submitted in full paper according to the form and specified requirements otherwise, the Board reserves the right to cancel or reject papers that does not meet the requirement as follows.

1)  The presented research work must be a completed work or is in the process or is an ongoing project and is a work that has never been published anywhere.

2)  One full-text research or article paper can only be presented virtually.

3)  The organizing committee reserves the right to select presentation mode as seems fit.

4)  Virtual Oral presentation, (send a recorded video that last for 10-15 minutes per topic and standby online to answer Q&A for 5 minutes) which can be presented only in English language.
